  • Deliver warm welcomes and farewell gestures that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Manage guest bookings and payments efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes that exceed guests' expectations.
  • Stay one step ahead of our guests' needs by offering tailored recommendations and solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
  • Critical thinking skills that turn issues into opportunities.
  • Fluency in English – extra language skills would be a bonus, but not essential.
  • Literate and tech-savvy – a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills.
