Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of major capital works outcomes.

Role Overview:

  • Support senior project directors to achieve shared goals and develop effective working relationships.
  • Implement procurement strategies and ensure alignment with policies.
  • Administer payments of consultants and contractors in accordance with legislation and contracts.
  • Support planning and management of forward works project procurement, including engaging consultants and contractors.
  • Provide input into project communications, briefs, and risk management plans.
  • Support management, monitoring, and evaluation of projects using tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
  • Support identification, management, and recording of risks that might impede successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to financial management of projects by processing payments and variations.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Project planning and delivery experience, preferably gained in large work environments.
  • Proven experience in delivering construction projects over $5 million.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly communicate information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
