This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in overseeing the delivery of capital projects. As Capital Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.">
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.">
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that all projects meet established quality and compliance standards, including health and safety regulations.">
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and high performance levels.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary or trade qualification, experience in project management, preferably within capital projects in the construction or infrastructure industry, and knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
