Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of capital works for government clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team delivering essential public sector infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end financial, project, and administrative support across multiple projects; manage and reconcile project budgets and ensure accurate reporting and financial tracking; raise and manage purchase orders; prepare and coordinate client-facing financial reports; assist with handover/takeover reporting and support on-site activities as required; contribute to business development support.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in project coordination with strong financial management capabilities; Procore expertise is mandatory; experience within construction, infrastructure, or built environment sectors; proficiency in corporate systems such as JDE, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite; high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
