Key Responsibilities- Perform project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.
- Facilitate partnerships between Aboriginal community governance bodies, government agencies, and the private and not-for-profit sectors.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to promote the social, economic, and culturally development of Aboriginal communities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address community needs and develop solutions to address these needs.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating events.
- Aboriginality is an essential requirement of the role.
- Experience in working in an engaging environment with Aboriginal community organisations, Aboriginal Businesses, and the general Aboriginal community.
- Ability to travel and hold a Class C drivers license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
