Telecommunications Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to facilitate the connection between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires an individual with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to elicit requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- Design future state solutions
- Assist in the development of business cases and impact assessments
- Support UAT and training activities where required
- Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in the Telecommunications industry (must-have)
- Proven experience with enterprise-level transformation or IT projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OSS / BSS systems
- Exposure to CRM, Billing, or Network Management systems in Telco
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
