We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field Installation and Maintenance Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about ensuring optimal service delivery to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will work independently to activate and ensure the quality of telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain and install copper and fibre network technology, including fault finding and networking.
- Manage customer premises equipment for both residential and business clients.
- Perform fault diagnosis in rural or remote settings.
As a successful candidate, you will possess relevant licenses and qualifications, including a current driver's license, Certificate I & II in Telecommunications, open cabling license, traffic management qualifications, and white card for industry safety standards. Vaccination against Covid-19 is required for this role, with accommodations available for individual circumstances.
