Job Title:

Sales Representative


About the Role:
  • This role involves working in a casual position, requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and promoting premium products by highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring all merchandised and presented to a high standard.
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous.
