Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer journey end-to-end, from quotation to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships, creating loyal customers.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge through comprehensive training and support.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.

  • A genuine people person who can guide customers through their purchase journey.
  • Experience in customer-focused roles, such as retail, automotive, travel, or similar backgrounds.
  • Strong self-management skills, able to prioritise, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
