Job Title: Skincare Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Skincare Expert to join our team. As a Skincare Expert, you will be responsible for executing promotional and event calendars in-store to achieve sales goals.

You will provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on skincare products and services offered by our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective execution of in-store events and promotions.
  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service, educating customers on our brand and products.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and explain their benefits, developing personal relationships to drive loyalty.
  • Participate in in-store events to drive business and ensure they align with our brand standards.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring it is merchandised and kept clean and tidy at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience within the beauty industry.
  • Knowledge of our brand and passion for the beauty industry.
  • Excellent makeup and artistry skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers, peers, and management.
