Regional Sales Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and profitability in our assigned regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional sales targets, including Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Partners.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prior experience within the Paint and Coatings Industry, particularly in marine and protective coatings.
- NACE CIP Level 1 or FROSIO certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
