Business Development Manager Role

The role of Business Development Manager is a key position within our organization. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the medical market.

Your primary objective will be to sell devices within your assigned market segment/ territory. This involves developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical industry and leveraging these connections to increase sales revenue.

To achieve this goal, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the medical market and its trends. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Making appointments with key decision-makers in the medical market
  • Providing post-sales support to new accounts and growing sales of existing products
  • Launching new products to expand our portfolio
  • Ensuring achievement of Territory-Based Sales Targets across our aesthetic and medical product lines
  • Planning daily sales activity and meeting with healthcare professionals and cosmetic clinic staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with prior experience in the medical industry
  • Results-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Ability to be proactive and plan effectively
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
