NSW Territory Sales Manager

As a NSW Territory Sales Manager, you will drive sales and market share in the wireless communication industry. Your responsibilities include managing channel partner relationships, supporting tenders, and identifying new business opportunities across government, consultants, and end clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities and channel partnerships across assigned territories to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Support tender submissions and documentation as required to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide product updates, training, and technical assistance to partners to foster strong relationships and enhance their proficiency with our products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and improve market penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution to guarantee seamless operations and optimal results.
  • Represent us at trade shows and industry events to establish brand awareness, build credibility, and expand our network.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the commercial wireless communication or two-way radio industry, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • A deep understanding of two-way radio communication technologies, including DMR, P25, and NXDN, to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong time management and territory management capabilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and optimize productivity.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, think critically, and make informed decisions that align with company goals.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving long-term loyalty.

This role involves regular travel, technical support, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and market expansion.
