Job Title: Territory Sales Development Representative
Join a dynamic sales team as we seek an ambitious and results-driven Territory Sales Development Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
This role offers the opportunity to establish long-lasting relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within assigned territories through research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and promote products/services.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience
- Door-to-door sales experience preferred
- Travel expected to be 50%+
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with CRM software (SalesForce)
