About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ICT Sales Manager to join our B2B team in Melbourne or Sydney. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will lead a team of ICT Specialists and Sales Advisors at a community and national level.

Your day will be filled with insightful conversations and meetings with customers, learning about their needs and how Officeworks can help them. You will develop, motivate, and empower your people to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and drive growth of our business and commercial technology category.

As a key member of our B2B ICT team, you will have great flexibility between working from the office and from home. You will work collaboratively with other Business Specialists and leaders to continue the growth of the Officeworks B2B offer.

About You

You are an experienced people leader with demonstrated sales and/or business development experience in a B2B environment. You are a strategic thinker with a growth mindset who thrives on creating a supportive and engaging team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a people leadership or coaching role supporting other sales team members in a B2B sales environment
  • At least 3 years in the ICT technology industry with experience in designing viable product solutions, preparing and conducting compelling presentations, collaborating with industry partners, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with business customers
  • Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mind
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must, with exposure to PowerBI a bonus

Our Offer
