The Experience Studio Account Manager at American Express Global Business Travel is responsible for managing our top existing The Experience Studio clients, ensuring operational success, retention, renewal, and portfolio expansion.

This role requires strong collaborative and relationship-building skills to leverage internal resources, maintain profitable business margins, and retain and grow clients. The Account Manager will also interface with leadership and operational teams to manage client satisfaction, attend operational meetings, and identify areas for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client retention, contract management, revenue growth, profitability, expansion, and overall account/event performance.
  • Partner with event operational teams, business travel, corporate card, and other partners to ensure synergies and cross collaboration amongst shared accounts.
  • Provides meeting industry and product guidance targeted at client experience and operational improvements.
  • Participates in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews. Participates in management meetings to ensure standardization of processes.
  • Develops strategic partnerships with multiple contacts within client and supplier organizations.
  • Manages client relationship data into CRM systems.
