We are seeking a highly ambitious Strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead the integration and promotion of AI-driven solutions within our product suite at Now Book It, a leading technology company revolutionizing the hospitality industry in Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong record of success in sales and new business development ideally within SaaS, Hospitality Software, or Enterprise Software sales arena with a proven track record of achieving strong sales growth while achieving key objectives with an expanding market presence and in turn revenue growth.

About you:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the technology, hospitality, or software sectors
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business environments
  • Must exhibit a hunter sales mentality, highly professional demeanor, high sense of urgency, and a highly ambitious outlook and relentless desire to drive sales revenue growth
  • 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, ideally within the hospitality, technology, SaaS, or Software arenas

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for AI-driven products and services, building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients in the hospitality sector, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, and driving revenue generation ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

You will also serve as the key advocate for AI-powered solutions, articulating their value and aligning them with client needs, collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure AI solutions meet market demands, present product demonstrations and customized solutions to clients, stay updated on AI trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industry, provide insights to guide the development of AI-based offerings, identify customer pain points and provide feedback to improve products and services, work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to streamline go-to-market strategies, and deliver regular updates and performance reports to senior management.

This is a highly competitive salary position, offering a compensation package of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives and benefits, including a supportive and dynamic environment that fosters professional growth, opportunity to work in a remote work model based anywhere in New South Wales within commutable distance of Sydney, and strong organizational and time management skills.
