Technical Support Specialist

The role involves providing advanced ICT technical and troubleshooting support to clients across multiple sites. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults on assigned devices, liaising with vendor support where applicable.
- Key responsibilities include administering desktop management systems, installing configuring and maintaining server operating systems, and developing documentation of customer infrastructures.
- Additional duties involve utilizing service management software to actively monitor tickets and maintain accurate information about job status.
- You will also manage hardware life cycle for client laptops desktops and peripherals, maintaining records in the IT Asset Management System and participating in the annual stocktake task.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The selected candidate will be part of an established highly regarded team that provides critical support services to our clients.
