
Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and organised Technical Support Specialist to join our national team.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our IT department, responsible for providing centralised support and services to the business.
- Provide first- and second-level technical assistance to end-users via phone, remote offices, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through to resolution, escalation, and closure communication.
- Set up, configure, and deploy user devices.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff, including accounts, access, and device setup.
- Document solutions, procedures, and common issues to build internal IT knowledge base.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to end-users and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical solutions and procedures.
