Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annumThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships with key clients, acquiring new business, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales strategies. As a Trade Sales Specialist, you will:
- Focus on external sales, leveraging your proven track record in driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Promote high-end brands such as iQ Power Tools, RUBI Tools, and IMER group, as well as consumables like tile adhesives and waterproofing membranes.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A proven track record in external sales, with a strong understanding of the construction supply industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- The flexibility to adapt strategies to evolving market needs, with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
- A valid driver's license, with a reliable vehicle for travel around Sydney.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary, superannuation, and benefits such as a Hyundai iLoad vehicle, phone, and laptop. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in profit share bonuses paid annually, providing a direct incentive to drive business growth and success.
LocationThe majority of work will be based out of Caringbah, with occasional trips to Wollongong or Newcastle. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel around Sydney to engage with clients and attend trade events.
