Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and other partners.
  • Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements that drive mutual growth.
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Monitoring market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably as a BDM/Sales Rep.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
