Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling trade marketing collateral, eDM campaigns, toolkits, and social media content that inspires and engages.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to develop cooperative trade marketing programs, product launches, and events that align with business objectives and captivate audiences.
  • Support sales success by providing tailored marketing resources and collateral to empower sales teams across the business.
  • Leverage digital expertise to utilize platforms like Mailchimp to create, segment, and execute campaigns while managing B2B social media accounts.
  • Maintain high-quality marketing resources on trade portals to ensure agents' success.
  • Analyze campaign performance, deliver insights, and continuously refine strategies for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with overarching business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel or related industry.
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
