As a key player in the hygiene and health industry, you will drive revenue growth by delivering solutions that strengthen customer loyalty. You will redefine partnerships in the retail pharmacy segment and position the company as a trusted partner in the health and medical industry.
About the Role:You will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies to grow small–medium strategic accounts and banner groups. Your responsibilities will include identifying stakeholders, mapping sales processes, and uncovering new opportunities aligned with financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue from strategic accounts and banner groups.
- Identify potential customers and map sales processes to optimize results.
- BUILD strong relationships with customers to position the company as a trusted partner and increase advocacy.
- Collaborate with sales managers and marketing teams to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management with key pharmacy groups, including developing and executing sales plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, tenders, and business agreements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with data analysis tools a plus.
- Leadership skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
