
Sales Growth Specialist

We're on the hunt for a skilled professional to join our sales team, where they'll play a key role in driving business growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive results. They'll be passionate about understanding customer needs, developing solutions that meet those needs, and delivering value through their work.

- Expand the value and revenue of existing customers through cross-selling and upselling services;">
- Migrate desktop customers online, optimizing their workflows and streamlining their operations;">
- Develop and maintain an active territory management plan, prioritizing investments in time and effort;">
- Proactively plan, forecast, and manage pipeline activity, ensuring gap and upside plans are in place;">
- Manage a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales;">
- Built effective and trusted relationships with partners, prospects, and customers;">
- Maintain product and industry knowledge to become a specialist on relevant Enterprise, Practice or Financial Services products;">
- ">
- 4+ years' experience as a Business Development or Sales professional;">
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas;">
- Experience working with Professional Services firms;">
- ERP, Payroll, WFM, Practice Management and/or Financial Services sales experience (highly desired but not mandatory);">
- Experience managing a sales territory, including opportunity and CRM management;">
