Job Description

SLR is seeking an exceptional professional to lead the development and delivery of major proposals across our full spectrum of advisory, sustainability and environmental services portfolio.

  • Manage preparation of high-value, multi-disciplinary bids across various regions, aligning closely with technical leads, business development, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling and client-focused content, tailored to position SLR as the consultant of choice in complex and competitive pursuits.
  • Build strong relationships across regions, ensuring alignment of resources and insights for each unique opportunity.
  • Influence win strategies and continuously improve bid quality and process excellence.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leading and winning major bids in the consulting or professional services sector (preferably within environmental, engineering, or infrastructure sectors).
  • Experience coordinating multi-region, multi-discipline proposals with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative, commercially astute, and driven to exceed expectations.
