Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Maintenance Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department.

This senior position involves managing a diverse team of technicians and support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services that meet or exceed customer expectations.

You will work closely with our site managers and planners to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members to enhance their skills and performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading maintenance teams, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring quality audits and technical inspections are conducted effectively.

About You:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
  • Proven experience in managing employee performance across multiple work groups and sites.
  • Trade qualification in a technical field or tertiary qualification in planning, scheduling, or a related field.
