- Manage and oversee day-to-day service delivery ensuring strong safety performance, compliance with WHS standards and high maintenance outcomes.
- Lead and supervise personnel to deliver results across performance, quality, compliance and safety, while mentoring team members and fostering a positive team culture.
- Collaborate with site managers, schedulers and planners to ensure seamless maintenance operations and compliance with overall maintenance plans.
- Trade qualification in a technical field (essential)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills (essential)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders at various levels of seniority (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (highly desirable)
- Full-time permanent salaried position
- Ongoing mentoring, peer support and learning opportunities to accelerate development
- Potential for flexible working hours and 12 o'clock finish most Fridays
- Proven experience leading diverse maintenance teams and managing employee performance
- Demonstrated ability to drive strong safety performance and compliance with WHS standards
