Job Opportunity

Are you a motivated and skilled professional looking for a challenging role in maintenance planning? We have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Planner to join our team.

This is a key leadership position responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to optimize performance and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing preventive maintenance plans aligned with contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Tracking and managing Work In Progress (WIP) to avoid delays in project commencement or completion.
  • Providing detailed WIP reporting and highlighting potential delivery risks to senior management.
  • Analyzing service data to identify performance gaps and implementing resolution strategies.
  • Validating and refining job plans for accuracy in scheduling and execution.
  • Leading project management tasks and ensuring deliverables meet quality benchmarks.
  • Attending client meetings to represent the service delivery team and address concerns.
  • Leading efforts to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external clients to meet service level targets.
  • Investigating and responding to feedback to refine service procedures and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Trade certification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in building, engineering, or project management (desirable).
  • Current driver's license.
Experience & Skills

Proven experience in a similar operational or maintenance leadership role within the industrial services sector is essential. You should also have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
