Are you looking for a challenging role that leverages your construction experience and skills? Look no further As a Volume Home Building Construction Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of trades and manage multiple new home builds concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 15-20 houses in construction at any one time
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with trades and management
- Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality work
- Maintain and update company systems
- Report to management regarding onsite activity
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years' experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume home building industry
- Tertiary qualifications in building and construction
- Trade background highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience within the construction sector with excellent building knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent IT skills and computer literacy
