**About Us**
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Team Leader | Construction (based in Sydney), this role incorporates a range of administrative duties, assists the onsite Supervisor with the management of insurance repair projects and provides regular updates to stakeholders via internal systems and client portals. This office based role requires someone with a strong customer service and organisational background to work for our NSW office but be part of a close knit team based in Fyshwick, ACT.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating schedules of works for trades and repairs
- Liaising with Supervisors and Trades
- Monitoring budgets and cost control
- Managing all purchase orders and invoices
- Collating photos and other associated documents for reports and quotations
**Capabilities and Behaviours**
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Solid coordination experience in small-medium reinstatement work (highly desirable)
- Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
- High level of computer competency
As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.
