Work Load

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime when projects demand. You will be involved in end-to-end project delivery including planning, resourcing, site supervision, subcontractor management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A dynamic and hands-on approach is essential.

Salary and Financial Stability

Competitive annual salary between AU$100,000 - AU$140,000 + superannuation (commensurate with experience).

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in civil construction
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, cost management, and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering (preferred)
  • Current driver's licence and White Card
