**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Volume Recruitment Management**: Lead end-to-end support for bulk or volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- **Client Engagement**: Work closely with government clients to understand their staffing needs, offering expert advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment progress, campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or, with a strong emphasis on managing high-volume recruitment projects.
- Familiarity with government sector recruitment, understanding its unique challenges and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
