Job Description\

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building & Construction Management student to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Cadet to work on varied carpentry and multi-residential building projects, assisting with pricing and tendering, preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules, supporting budget management and reporting, managing contracts and variations, and assisting with OHS responsibilities.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced construction professionals who have developed apprentices and Cadets through to successful leaders and Project Managers.

We are looking for a candidate who has recently completed or is currently undertaking a Bachelor in Building & Construction Management, possesses strong attention to detail and computer-based skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and exposure to building software is preferable but not essential.
