Job Title

Change Manager

This is a challenging role that will provide support to various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and communication.

About the Role

  • Support the development and delivery of quality change interventions and artefacts, including communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Align artefacts to strategic narrative and recommend opportunities for change mitigation and engagement strategies.
  • Identify the impact of an initiative/project, both within and outside of the organization, and communicate impacts across the value chain.
  • Support the implementation of measures to improve change management performance, leveraging data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Participate in workshops to understand change requirements and activities needed to support a positive employee and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous in-depth experience as a Change Analyst/Change Manager or similar position, with experience in project and change methodologies.
  • Successful delivery of program change activities with quality outcomes.
  • Experience identifying change impacts and change risks, while developing and executing targeted change interventions.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with stakeholders.
