Operational Change Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating complex changes across operations by developing process knowledge. You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

The ideal candidate has experience in logistics and data analysis, as well as relevant understanding of operational processes and standard work.

This position requires the ability to process change requests, communicate with project owners, and coordinate end-to-end change development and implementation. The coordinator will also provide up-to-date information on the change pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing change request intake and planning requests
  • Communicating with project owners and engaging with stakeholder teams
  • End-to-end coordination of change development and implementation
  • Implementation of small changes in training content
  • Providing up-to-date information on the change pipeline
Requirements:

This role requires a deep understanding of operational processes and standard work. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics and data analysis.

Able to effectively communicate with project owners and engage with various stakeholder teams.

Familiarity with change management principles and practices is essential.
