Job Opportunity

The Organisational Change Manager Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of organisational change, supporting changes to business processes, technologies, and systems.

This position involves working with internal teams and stakeholders to support design and definition of roles and responsibilities.

The coordinator will also assist in the development of project management processes, impact analysis, and evaluation of actual impact of changes, assess readiness for change, and identify key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Project Management Process Development
  • Assisting with Impact Analysis and Change Evaluation
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders to Support Design and Definition
  • Maintaining Ongoing Project Communication Plans
  • Managing and Executing Communications Strategies

The ideal candidate will be an Australian Citizen and possess administrative experience working within change and communication activities on large-scale projects. They should have strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication abilities to engage with diverse groups.
