Facilities Maintenance Specialist

To ensure facilities are functioning optimally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular area inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, or monthly checklists for scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Perform repairs on various fixtures and hardware, such as doors, windows, and minor appliances.
- Identify major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to minimize risk.
- Be prepared to take on additional duties and tasks assigned by management as needed.
