Job Description

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned areas. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspect assigned areas regularly and perform routine maintenance to ensure facilities are functional and in good condition.
  2. Complete scheduled checklists for building and equipment maintenance.
  3. Repair fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, appliances, and office equipment.
  4. Report major maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  1. Prior maintenance experience preferred.
  2. Ability to follow safety procedures due to physical risks involved.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role involves physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
