Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the optimal functioning of facilities through regular maintenance and repair.

  1. Regular inspections of assigned areas are required to identify and address any maintenance needs.
  2. Daily, weekly, or monthly checklists must be completed for pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
  3. Repairing fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment is an essential function of this position.
  4. Major maintenance needs must be reported and recommendations for corrective action provided.
  5. Aramark safety policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
  6. Additional duties may be assigned by the manager as needed.
