Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable facilities technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience and be able to perform a variety of tasks including maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform maintenance where necessary to keep the facility in functioning condition
  2. Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
  3. Repair various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
  4. Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate
  5. Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  6. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management

The successful candidate will be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and be able to lift, bend, push, pull and/or extended walking and standing.

Requirements
  • Prior maintenance experience preferred
  • Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
