Facilities Maintenance Specialist

ACC is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the College grounds are maintained to a safe standard for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Property Manager in maintaining College grounds and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the Property Manager regarding property usage and safety concerns.
- Assist the Property Manager in meeting regulatory standards, compliance, and insurance requirements.
- Active Christian faith.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Trade qualifications and/or skills in facilities and grounds maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience in educational facilities sector an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical labor as part of the job.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop skills.
- Current Employee Working With Children Check.
