
Facilities Coordinator Opportunity

As a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing building and equipment maintenance schedules, coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance activities, and liaising with contractors and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to site users and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules
- Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance activities
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams
- Support sustainability initiatives and health and safety compliance
- Deliver outstanding customer service to site users and guests
- Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities & maintenance coordination
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service level agreements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or trade qualification preferred
