Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the maintenance of a major client site located in Melbourne, Australia.

This role involves managing preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as minor capital and replacement works, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, compliantly, and on time.

  • Manage facilities-related requests from stakeholders.
  • Supervise subcontractors, including inductions, safety briefings, and quality control.
  • Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance activities.
  • Oversee reactive works from start to completion.
  • Evaluate the quality of work performed by cleaning staff.
  • Host meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss facilities-related matters.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, landscaping, and handyman duties.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.

About You:

  • You should have at least 5 years' experience in trade work with strong hands-on skills.
  • You will have experience supervising subcontractors and tradespeople.
  • You possess solid knowledge of maintenance trades and can assess the quality of work.
  • You hold a valid driver's license.
  • You have excellent client-facing skills and can build strong relationships.
  • You prioritize safety and have strong problem-solving abilities.
