Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Prepare and maintain reports, compliance records, and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards.
- Manage utility accounts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, meetings, and work orders.
- Carry out building inspections and follow up on maintenance issues.
- Support sustainability and energy initiatives.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and projects delivered.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks across finance, projects, and procurement.
- Participate in site inspections nationally and provide after-hours support.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and be confident with Microsoft Office and facilities systems.
