Senior Partner Success Manager Job

Develop a partnership strategy with key stakeholders to drive business growth through effective onboarding, issue escalation, and successful customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the standard for partner engagement by interpreting their needs and prioritizing eero workflows.
  • Partner Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives to anticipate and resolve pain points.
  • Program Management: Own all aspects of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts.
  • Workflow Prioritization: Focus eero's partner-related efforts on work that will have the biggest positive impact for partners.
  • Strategic Guidance: Be a trusted advisor to eero's partners, influencing their customer-facing technology strategy.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Utilize reporting and analytics to identify opportunities for partners and ensure their objectives are achieved.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration/management or related field and 3 years of experience in account management or business development.
  • Tenured client-facing experience managing and accelerating revenue across multiple accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead business reviews and large group meetings.
  • Passionate and curious about technology, with baseline knowledge of networking, software, and hardware.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with many teams and multitask with a sense of urgency.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness.
