About the Role:

  • As Senior Risk and Compliance Uplift Advisor, you will work closely with the General Manager of Risk and Compliance to strengthen assurance practices and embed industry-leading frameworks.
  • You will shape and implement tools and templates that drive consistency across the organisation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls.
  • Build capability within the risk and compliance team.
  • Influence and guide senior leaders to drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years' experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles, a strong ability to implement assurance methodologies and frameworks, and proven expertise in influencing senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge.

Key Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications (such as CRMA) highly regarded
  • Experience in uplifting both processes and people within complex or regulated environments.
