Job Title: Risk and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Risk and Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Claims Operations department, you will play a vital role in driving risk and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the Claims Operations department.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies by conducting regular audits and reviews.
  • Internal Controls: Design and maintain robust internal controls to prevent and detect financial and operational irregularities.
  • Incident Response: Investigate and manage incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution to minimize business impact.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on risk and compliance matters to promote a strong risk-aware culture.
Requirements:
  • Risk and Compliance Expertise: Proven experience in managing risk and compliance within insurance operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of AFSL obligations and risk frameworks, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
