Senior Risk and Compliance Professional

About Us
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join our team as a Senior Advisor.
You will work closely with the General Manager of Risk and Compliance to strengthen assurance practices, shape and embed frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency, engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls, build capability within the risk and compliance team, and influence and guide senior leaders.
This is an initial contract of six months with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing assurance methodologies and frameworks
- Influencing senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge
- Building capability within the risk and compliance team
- Shaping and embedding frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency

About You
- 7+ years' experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles
- Strong capability in implementing assurance methodologies and frameworks
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
- Relevant qualifications (CRMA or similar highly regarded)
