As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field

• Proven experience in HR partnering and employee relations

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills

• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

• Collaborative mindset with passion for enhancing employee experience
