The permanent morning shift role will enable you to oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and coordinate with production teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance to production staff
  • Maintaining high-quality output levels while adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Developing and implementing efficient production schedules that meet customer demands
  • Monitoring hygiene standards and enforcing compliance throughout the facility
  • Managing inventory levels to optimize stock efficiency
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality
  • Driving process improvements through continuous monitoring of yield, waste reduction, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervisory roles within the food processing industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP principles and HACCP practices
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Track record of achieving exceptional production results
  • Ability to drive output growth through Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
